ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

The taberna is the workshop where Raicilla is produced, a traditional rural distillery. Get to know one of the most interesting agave distillates in Mexico, in its place of origin and from the hand of the families and master producers. Learn about the ancestral process from which the raicilla is obtained, a clear example of cultural hybridization while you visit a unique biocultural heritage.

CONFLUENCE OF ELEMENTS

Get to know the natural, cultural and historical elements that make the production of Raicilla possible. We travel sout of the bay to cabo corriente region, were we stop at the traditional and historical town of the Tuito. We will visit two small villages were Raicilla is produce visiting two destillery to learn about the production process, we taste the mezcal direct from the producer, we enjoy the local gastronomy and we travel through a natural environment between mountains and trees. A perfect itinerary for those interested in learning about traditional spirits, local culture and enjoying nature.
