The agave distillate with the local name Raicilla, BENOMADE uses it as a concept that structures the itineraries, however, as the name clearly says, it is a company of Cultural Experiences, therefore we focus on all aspects that explain a local culture and the raicilla is at times a complement. Of course we can review each case in a particular way to propose new combinations, normally in the Customized Itineraries we can structure a totally new proposal that can focus on the topics that interest you, of course, from a BENOMADE perspective.

Of course, in the Personalized Experiences, we can carry out the experiences that we offer but in this case for a private group or even for a person or couple, but we can also propose and organize an itinerary based on topics that are of interest to you and always from a BENOMADE look. We make itineraries of more than one day, staying overnight and with very interesting cultural activities. Contact us, we are ready to make a custom suit!

You must take into account that in the itineraries to communities outside of Puerto Vallarta, we are in rural environments, so there is no technology to make card payments or bank transfers. In the city, although you can make card payments, we recommend paying in cash to avoid bad times.

The gastronomic meetings are spaces where you can contact a network, however the rest of the itineraries that are outside, the internet exists but without wireless networks.

For outdoor itineraries, wear long pants, preferably a long-sleeved shirt, something to cover the sun, high-heeled closed shoes, thus avoiding sandals or tennis shoes. For the Walking History itinerary, we can have tennis shoes and even shorts due to the duration and context. We have water, but there are people who like to bring their thermos and be more environmentally responsible.

Unfortunately at the moment our experiences and itineraries are focused only for adults, so children cannot attend. The reason is very simple, our options are very specific in terms of the type of content they handle, in addition to the fact that there is alcohol. Another aspect is that the contexts of the visits are rural areas or, in the case of the city, walks through areas that demand a physical condition, so a child may not be the most comfortable to enjoy the experience, but neither is it an interesting option for he or she.

In the case of the itinerary to visit the taverns, the departure will be in the Parque Lázaro Cárdenas in the Romantic Zone, in the center of the city. For the Walking History route, the departure will be at the Temple of Guadalupe, also in downtown Puerto Vallarta. In any case, once the payment is made and the day is scheduled, we will contact you.

BENOMADE will refund 100% of the payment made if the reservation is canceled at least 5 days before the scheduled date, through: email to info@benomade.mx

• If the cancellation occurs 5 days or less from the scheduled date (ROUTE OF THE MOUNTAINS and Gastronomic Encounters) and 1 day (Walking history), BENOMADE will be forced to withhold 50% of the total amount to cover the expenses incurred by the team. and the time spent organizing your arrival
• If the cancellation happens 1 day or the same day of the itinerary, the client assumes all responsibility.
• In exceptional cases where the cancellation is due to force majeure, we will try to reschedule your visit.
• In that case BENOMADE will replace 100% of the payment. Our itineraries and experiences in the cases where we work with the communities do not depend entirely on us and for reasons of force majeure beyond BENOMADE, we may find ourselves in the need to suspend or cancel. We will try to reschedule as soon as possible trying to find a new date, if this is not possible, we will return the money.
• Also, due to the geographical area where we are located, we can find ourselves in situations of unexpected weather attacks, for example, the rainy season is usually intense and the hurricane season too, therefore, if the circumstances are adverse and we cannot re schedule, BENOMADE will replace the payment by 100%. The rains, depending on their intensity, we can incorporate them into our itinerary with minimal adjustments.

You will receive an email confirming the reservation request, in which we will give you information, then we will send you an email or message where the successful reservation is confirmed along with the payment receipt, otherwise, the request is canceled and the payment is returned.

BeNomade will give you options to reschedule your reservation.

Unfortunately, in the itinerary of ROUTE OF THE MOUNTAINS the road is in rural environments such as meadows and mountains, the cobbled and rough streets of Vallarta can make the experience a bit difficult. As such, we are unable to offer standard wheelchair accessible tours.

In case of having a delay or not attending, the Client assumes all responsibility.

Within our catalog of experiences, only that of ROUTE OF THE MOUNTAINS requires specialized Van-type transport with the greatest comfort for the journeys made.

In the case of other experiences, the Client is responsible for arriving at the site where the activity will take place. BeNomade will be in charge of giving the necessary information to reach the destination

In case you want to reserve and you are a person, at the time of making your reservation request, you will be confirmed if a group has been completed for the experience, we will contact you three days (taverns and dinners) and one day (walks) before the date of the itinerary in case the quota to carry out this activity is not met, we will contact you to offer you, reschedule the departure or, where appropriate, make a 100% refund.

We travel to the south of Puerto Vallarta, to visit the town of Tuito, a rural settlement from the 19th century, from there we will visit communities that make up the area with the longest tradition in the production of raicilla.
